The following conditions govern your stay at our property. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. Booking implies acceptance of these conditions.

1. Arrival and Check-in

  • Arrival time: From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • Required documents: Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID and a credit card as a guarantee.
  • Arrival time notification: Guests are kindly requested to communicate their arrival time in advance. You can do this in the “Special Requests” section during booking or by contacting the property directly using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.

2. Departure and Check-out

  • Departure time: From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
  • Respecting the schedule: Please respect the check-out time to allow for proper management of the property.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policies

  • Bookings: When booking on our website, you must:
    • Select your desired suite, the period of stay, and the number of guests.
    • Fill in the personal details required for billing, as well as email and phone contact information.
  • Services: You can book additional services from the “Book Services” page using the contact form. Following your request, the property will provide a confirmation of the booked service. Payment will be made at the property or to third parties for partner services.
  • Payment Method: After entering your details, choose your preferred payment method and proceed with the payment.
  • Booking Confirmation: The booking is automatically confirmed once payment is completed.
  • Cancellations by the Property: In case of cancellation by the property, the refund will be immediate and automatic using the same payment method you selected.
  • Cancellations by the User: You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the start of your stay. Cancellations can be made through your personal account or by contacting the site with your booking ID. The refund will be processed through the chosen payment method.

4. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children: Children are welcome.
  • Cribs and extra beds: Extra beds and cribs are available.

5. Check-in Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years old.

6. Pets

No pets allowed: The property does not accept pets.

7. Smoking and Prohibitions

  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
  • Parties and Events: Organizing parties, events, or social gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, is not allowed.

8. Special Requests

Specific requests: Any special requests, such as rooms with a view, separate beds, or other preferences, are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. We recommend communicating them at the time of booking or check-in.

9. Important Information

  • Required documents: At check-in, guests must present a photo ID and a credit card.
  • No parties allowed: The property is not suitable for events such as bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar.

10. Property Responsibility

  • Refusal of stay: The property reserves the right to refuse stay to anyone who does not comply with the established rules or causes inconvenience to other guests.
  • Contacts: You can contact the property using the details provided at the time of booking confirmation.

11. Changes and Updates

Updates: The property reserves the right to modify the booking terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and it is the responsibility of guests to review any changes.
